Comersa Hot Food Display:

This is a very versatile Display – it can be run as either hot, or cold, so you can use it in the summer months as a cold salad bar and in the winter, as a hot food display!

Specifications

  • Overhead quartz heated lighting on dimmer switch
  • Options of either wet well bain-marie or heated flat bed system (containers not included for the Bain-Marie version)
  • Up to 2 internal glass shelves for ambient display
  • 1 internal light in addition to quartz lamp and 1 skirt light
  • Available with curved or straight glass to the front
  • Available in a choice of colours and finishes
  • Matching Service Counter, Refrigerated Display, Corner Display, Bread Display and Low Glass
  • Display Fridge available
  • All units are 1120mm deep and 1260mm high (low glass) or 1370mm high (high glass)
  • Available as hot only, or, with hot and cold functions
  • Temperature range as Hot Display +60°C to +90°C
  • Temperature range as Col Display +2°C to +6°C
