The annual ‘Caffé Culture 2011’ exhibition had arrived and we were there for two days exhibiting our brand new concepts. Caffé culture visitors, as far as Brazil, on a quest to find the best suppliers and to source the latest equipment for their business.

 

Our brand new concept Italian Gelato was launched at the show, showcasing our fool proof solution to start up your own successful Gelato Business. Visitors were wowed as they sampled the delicious Gelato we were producing fresh on our stand. It wasn’t long before word got around the exhibition and there was a long queue forming of eager visitors waiting to taste our mouth-watering Gelato. Spectators watched as our chef got to work mixing our premixed bag of ingredients and water together then pouring  the mixture into our Batch Freezer, 7 minutes later stunned spectators watched as soft, artisan Gelato began to ooze out of the Batch Freezer. ‘It’s the most impressive thing I’ve seen in this exhibition all day’ one man said, as people couldn’t believe that the 16 flavours that were displayed in our Ice-Cream Display had been prepared that very morning.

 

If Italian Gelato wasn’t enough, we also launched our new Modular Workstation Concept. Designed with the flexibility to choose your own back bar components to create a solution which is customised to your needs. Many visitors were impressed by the flexibility and choice that our Modular Workstation had to offer. Our modules attracted many customers looking to give there shop that unique, customised look that will set their shop apart from the rest.

 

After sitting down and discussing our services with clients, they were reassured to know that we also provided a design and installation service to provide the total package. Our wide choice of Modular Display and Counter Systems and furniture proved popular for many people refurbishing or setting up a new shop, with the unique quality of being able to purchase almost everything from one supplier with delivery and installation taken care of.

 

After the two day extravaganza of exhibiting and the last remaining visitors were leaving the centre, it was time to pack up our equipment, however not before the last few visitors queued up for a final chance to taste our delicious Gelato.
