Cafe Renoir

Kazim met us at Caffe Culture in May and was planning to refurbish his dated but successful Cafe / Sandwich Bar. After 15 years of trading he was aware that the usual multiple sandwich chains that had moved in over the years had made their impact on his turnover and profitability. He was impressed with our knowledge of the catering industry and our ability to plan his refurbishment and introduce new spins on his business, to help him evolve his business into a more profitable sector. Not only that, but by providing him with a CAD Layout Design of his shop with 3D visual perspectives, Kazim was able to visualise exactly what his shop will look like before all the catering equipment  was installed.

Our solution was to upgrade his business from sandwiches and coffees to panini’s and patisseries with a Bistro style ambience, offering fast and healthy meals and fresh juices. We took advantage of his great shop front and supplied him with a high visibility Modular Verona Corner Display with Service Counters to attract passersby. We also supplied him with the Deblasi Picasso Refrigerated Display and High Corner Bar for showcasing pastries, juices and creating that evening ambience to increase his evening trade. All of this combined with our functional Back Bar Counters  to create an attractive and functional working environment, for both staff and customers.

After 4 weeks of trading he has told us that he is very happy with how the refurbishment has exceeded his expectations and increased his turnover by 20% in the first week alone and expects at least to reach a 40% increase when he extends his working hours in the evening. Proof again that the right solution will return a profit even in a recession.
