After visiting our stand at the Caffe Culture Exhibition 2010, the catering manger was very impressed with our Modular Siena range. Her college had suffered over the years from steadily losing students food trade to the popular coffee shop chain that had opened in the area, and she was looking for a solution to get students back to using the college canteen. Their typical canteen server system was not doing the job and needed a complete overhaul to update the look.
 
Our suggestion was to set up a coffee shop area with the existing canteen seating area, for pre-made panini’s, baguettes, cakes, pastries, coffees etc to stimulate impulse purchases and to create a coffee shop ambience. We used our CAD design service to create the layout of the Modular Display and Counter System to show the canteen manager exactly how it will fit into the designated space. This whole set up only took up a space of 3.5 m long x 2.5 m deep.

After trading for almost 9 months now they have reported that the Modular Siena has been a great success. Students are much more enticed to purchase food from the canteen making an improvements to trade and the canteens atmosphere.
