Mustafa and Ozzie came to us with a unique situation, they were bringing over a franchise concept that had been very successful in Australia and Asia to England. They wanted to stay close to the identity of the franchise and particularly liked the style of the Korean shops whose counters were predominantly red and white with thick fish tank style glass. We spent a long time on site together to work out a functional working environment which still kept the same operational processes that was tried and tested in the other shops. We moved onto the design stage with a clear idea of which equipment to use but with lots of work to do on the final finish of the counter. After many a late night with hundreds of different colour swatches we eventually decided on a colour scheme and fascia design that suited the brief and their individual requirements. Having agreed on the Gastronorm Servery Counters, UV Bonded Glass and a 3D fascia, the whole plan came under the scrutiny of the owners of the Australian franchise... to everyone’s relief, they were more than happy. We supplied them with the front Gastronorm Servey Counters, Storage Refrigeration, Ambient Back Bar Counter, Hatch and swing door and a matching bespoke condiments counter. All of this on time and on budget – the result was a professional and stylish shop that any franchise would be proud of.
