Miguel took over his Coffee Shop at the beginning of 2007 which was in desperate need of improvement to fulfil its potential and so asked for our advice to help him make the necessary changes The business developed over the next 12 months with stage one refurbishment to replace his outdated display fridges at the rear with our more streamlined.L-Shaped Comersa Super range in wood effect finish and relocate to the front. With better visability and increased display potential, his take-away trade dramatically improved.

They now serve twice as much hot food, faster than their competitors, without any extra staff!Stage two was to improve the hot food sales by speeding up service, so they were advised to buy a bain-marie style hot food display to match the new display fridges, to provide instant hot food for the customer.

Their achievement has been so dramatic, that a second site was opened in the City approximately 18 months later, following the same successful template, with more to follow!
