When Mariusz first contacted us, like many of our customers, he was new to the business and was unsure about the catering equipment he needed to help him run a successful Coffee Shop. He had initially started the job with another company but had unfortunately been let down half way through the process with bad advice and very bad service; it was here where we stepped in, to turn things around. We began by discussing some ideas and showing him some of our successful shops that we had previously worked on. It was not long before Mariusz had seen the Modular Siena which was the perfect Modular Display and Counter System to create the upmarket, professional and sleek Coffee Shop he desired.

After choosing the right Modular Display and Counter System for his business needs, it was on to the design stage. Our main design issue was how to fit all the components he needed to satisfy his menu in a small space. Mariusz’s counter area was very compact, therefore to get the best utilisation of his space we chose to install a Stainless Steel Back Bar Counter and Modular Display and Counter System to solve this issue. We created a unique and striking horse shoe layout with a Corner Display on one side and a Service Counter on the other, complete with matching Wall Displays. To complement the design layout for the Modular Display and Counter System we also designed the entire furniture layout and the colour scheme for the furniture. For the finishing touches to the space we incorporated granite radiator covers and a breakfast bar to match the Modular Siena Display System and the furniture.
 
We had a strict delivery schedule, with 50cm of snow last December we still managed to meet the deadline! Even within a small, contained space, Centre House Café now offers cold food, hot food, great coffees, cakes and cold drinks. Its popularity with the locals 6months on, is testimony to a successful and worthwhile job.
