Aya Lebanese

After working with Ali to set-up his Take-Away shop: Express By Gourmet (This can be found in the Take-Away tab in Case Studies) he wanted to open a 100-seater Restaurant. In this site, the kitchen was partially on show as well as being quite long and narrow. This meant that the kitchen had to be laid out with a lot of thought to ensure the chefs could serve the Restaurant at busy times.

We supplied Ali with the  Modular Siena with Curved Glass and Cherry Wood finish. We supplied him with two refrigerated sections, 1 for Meze and Sweets and 1 for the raw Shish Kebab meat. As well as these two we also supplied him with various Service Counters for the till and work space as shown in the image gallery.

Behind these displays we also supplied matching Wall Displays, Stainless Steel Coffee Machine Counter and a Refrigerated Back Bar Counter with 2 Doner Machines on Display.

For the kitchen, we supplied him with a Double Fryer, 6 Burner Cooker and Refrigerated Counter. He also needed a Cold Room for storing the Shawarma Kebabs and other mear which we delivered, assembled and provided the shelving for. The final component of the Kitchen was the washing up area where we specially designed and fabricated an offset double bowl sink to fit an awkward space (which can also be seen in the image gallery). This also served as an exit table for the Pass-Through Dishwasher which we supplied, fitted and installed, along with Chemicals.
