The Purley Shop was quite a challenge to equip because space was limited - he was allocated space of 5m x 4m! He knew he had to maximise display area with a Refrigerated Display that was modern and eye-catching in order to cope with the morning rush hour.
Our solution was two refrigerated displays with a stainless steel mirror finish giving him 4 levels of display in each Fridge, as well as sufficient working space behind.
The Refrigerated Displays have enabled him to display enough ready-made sandwiches/baguettes to meet the demands of the busy commuter on their way into London.
He has since opened a 3rd site and it planning to open a fourth soon.
